A community health and wellness collective
ONE8 is designed to house professional vendors offering services that promote growth in one or more of our eight pillars of health and wellness to our membership. Our anchor vendor, ONE8 CrossFit, will be supplemented by traditional health club offerings —24/7 access to our world class gym, cold plunges, sauna, and massage therapy tools, nutrition coaching, showers and changing rooms, mobility tools and protocols—
... and services less traditional the current health club space— a professional coffee shop, co-working and conference space, immersive travel experiences to travel with our community locally and internationally, educational programming from academics and experts in wide ranging topics, social and networking programming, and philanthropic efforts to give back to our Denver community— all included in the cost of membership.

ONE8 CrossFit®
Our members will have unlimited access to the best coached CrossFit classes in Denver, 24/7 access to this state of the art fitness facility, and personalized fitness programs for individual goals.
We anchor our concept with CrossFit because we believe it is the best and safest training program in the world to promote general preparedness for life, and because of its unmatched ability to create authentic community which not only improves the social and communal health of our members, but also develops a higher sense of accountability for our members to engage, and stay engaged, in our offerings.
Co-working space
Members will have unlimited, 24/7 access to individual work stations, small meeting spaces, communal tables, small meeting rooms, a conference + event space, and a professional coffee shop.
Recovery center
Members will have unlimited, 24/7 access to changing rooms, bathrooms, showers, lockers, sauna, cold plunges, compression boots, percussion therapy tools, and more.
